Job Responsibilities:
處理訂單、查詢及不定期投訴個案

訂單管理

在銷售和售後活動方面為銷售團隊提供服務支持 (不涉及銷售成份)

與物流團隊聯絡和協調訂單交付

對銷售團隊的行政支持

Job Requirements:
Form 5 or above

1 years working experience, preferable in customer service field

Fresh graduate will also be considered

Strong communication and interpersonal skill with excellent telephone manner

Good sense of team spirit

Fluent in oral and listening in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Proficient in Chinese word processing

Immediate available is highly preferred

Working location : Kwai Chung
