Browzwear is the leading provider of 3D fashion design, development, and merchandising solutions. Our mission is to revolutionize the apparel industry with our truly disruptive 3D technology, providing the tools needed to achieve that goal. We work with some of the biggest and most well-known global companies in the industry.

Our Global Learning and Technical Support Department turn 2D patterns into 3D garments and problems into solutions. Members of our team have achieved expert user status in our Browzwear suite of tools and are excited to share their passion and technical knowledge with others. Our purpose is to help users onboard into 3D technology and maximize their productivity when it comes to Browzwear 3D product creation.

We are looking for a 3D Technical Support and Training Specialist to join our team.

What We Do
  • Assist our clients with their technical questions, concerns, issues and celebrations via email, phone or chat
  • Deliver fun and inspiring technical training via web, e-learning or in-person
  • Maintain continuous mastery of our software products, constantly learning and incorporating new features/functions and new products into our daily work and expertise
  • Collaborate with our Product Managers and Developers to share user insights, bugs and feature requests that will influence our products’ future
  • Work closely with our Sales and Client Success teams to understand our client’s needs, prepare the right technical service, and deliver engaging experiences
  • Participate in client and internal professional services projects including fabric digitization, 3D garment creation and custom avatar creation

  • 1-3 years relevant fashion industry experience, understanding the design and development process OR 1-3 years relevant customer service/support experience, understanding issue and relationship management
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technical Design, 3D Design or related field
  • Experience with VStitcher or apparel 3D technology
  • Second language proficiency is a bonus
  • Ability and willingness for frequent travel
Extra Credit
  • Experience with 2D apparel pattern making software
  • Experience with 3D design software and production pipeline
  • Relevant customer service experience, understanding issue and relationship management
