Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Handle AR & AP invoices & settlements
  • Handle bank payments and receipts transactions
  • Prepare timely cash flow to top management
  • Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records
  • Assist in preparing month end closing reports & annual audit
  • Report to General Manager - Handle ad hoc as required

Requirement

  • Diploma or Form 5 or above
  • 3 years or above accounting experience
  • PRC manufacturing experience would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in using MS office, knowledge of UFIDA U8 or ERP system is a plus
  • Mature, responsible , detailed mind with ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
  • Strong organization, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferable



Salary:
18000 - 28000
