Location : Wanchai/Central/Admiralty

We areone of the Domestic Helper Finance Company in Hong Kong with a total of 10 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with our rapid business development, we invite high caliber professionals to join and be a member of our successful team

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Operations Officer
  • Responsible for branch office customer service & administrative duties
  • Performing general office and counter duties
  • Greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
  • All other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year + working experience in Customer Services / Administration
  • Experience from Education Center / Retailer / Hotel … are welcome
  • Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
  • Detail-minded, organized and a good team player
  • Good in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available

Working hours : 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m (5.5 working days per week / Public Holidays)

Benefits: 11 days (11-15 days) annual leave, extra day-off per month, medical benefits, allowance, performance bonus ( 1-2 months), MPF

Salary : 15k - 16k plus Sunday working allowance & incentives
