Job Requirements:
  • 3 years’ experience or above in Accounting and Administration preferred
  • Having accounting knowledge is a preferred.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
  • Good ability to priorities, multi-task and work flexibly and independently with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with excel and word processing
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly recommended
Job Duties:
  • Assist in finance tasks such as bank reconciliation, accounts receivable/ payable, petty cash and processing general ledger transactions
  • Assist in HR tasks such as employment cycle, support payroll processing, MPF, taxation and benefits administration
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Company
  • Managing full spectrum of office administration function, including but not limited to office & product procurement, facilities management, assist with project management and document management
  • Maintain and update the filing system and records
  • Manage all office emails, telephone calls and incoming/ outgoing mail
  • Handling the requests from clients
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by Management
  • Assist in school activities and event
