Administration Support

Job Description
  • Provide administration support to the business
  • Manage our internal and external system and ensure the accuracy of the information
  • Answering enquiries via telephone/ email/ messages from client, candidate, internal team and colleagues.
  • Drafting contract for our clients and contractors, issue email to both parties thus follow up after.
  • Format and handle documentation
  • Expense management
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required
Human Resource Support
  • Medical Insurance enrolment
  • MPF enrolment
  • Issue of reference letter
The Successful Applicant
  • Attention to detail, hardworking, willing to learn
  • Fluent English and Chinese typing skills
  • Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • 1 year working experience is welcomed
