Job content


  • Provide clerical & administrative support including conference room reservation, courier & mailing arrangement & etc. to customers;
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties including cleaning & pest control services, fire services & air-conditioning facilities repairs & maintenance for office & premises;
  • Issue monthly invoice and collect payment from customers;
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned;


  • Form 5 or above with relevant at least 2 years working experience;
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, service-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Pleasant, hardworking, excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous and well-organized;
  • Familiar with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines;
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
