Administrative officer (sales & marketing)
Beauti-Creation International Limited is the exclusive distributor of a number of well-known brands from Europe/US, including LCN, Monteil, LaNature, Audrey Laure, Nannic, Dermaroller, Procuro and SNTAKTIV, ranging from skincare, hand and foot care, hair care to sanitizing products.
With rapid expansion, we are looking for an Administrative Officer (sales & marketing)to support our businesses in the Greater China region.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to online sales platforms & retail chain stores
· Process offline orders (retail chains and counters) and provide sales support to the local field sales team.
· Maintain/Update product materials/info for sales and marketing purposes.
· Run/Prepare and analyze reports for different sales channels, social media marketing performance, inventory, account receivables etc.
· Take charge of office admin/maintenance/purchase
· Support daily sales operations, logistics, marketing projects and other ad hoc assignments/events.
Requirements
· Diploma graduate or above
· 2 years of working experiences in sales & marketing admin role preferred.
· Skincare, beauty, healthcare, FMCG industry experience preferred
· Knowledge of e-commerce, e.g. online shopping, digital platform and marketing is an advantage
· Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
· Motivative, self-driven and adaptive
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· Immediate availability is highly preferred
