In this role, you will be responsible for leading smooth and efficient operations by providing up-to-date systems knowledge and ensuring the required software functionalities are optimally set up.Your Responsibilities


  • To provide day to day systems support for all users.

  • To support the transfer and improvement of related tasks.

  • To ensure delivery of user trainings in system enhancements, forwarding, optimization and other dedicated trainings.

  • To ensure data quality by conducting regular reviews and analysis.

  • To guide external Electronic Data Interfaces (EDIs) via gathering of requirements and communicating specifications with our Information Technology team.

  • To improve the quality of operational processes and systems.

  • To oversee the testing and implementation of new releases in cooperation with key stakeholders.

  • To drive the analysis and optimization of operational processes for both customers and suppliers.


Your Skills and Experiences

To be considered, you should have strong analytical skills and knowledge of business systems, along with your customer and stakeholder relationships.
