Key Responsibilities:
To prepare, review and comment on legal documentations.
To provide advice to Front Office representatives and other departments of the bank in relation to legal risk and documentation matters.
To liaise with external lawyers and to conduct research on legal issues.
To handle general administration duties.
To handle any special projects as assigned by the Management.
To perform any ad-hoc duties (including outdoor duties) as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in legal studies or related field; suitable candidates with less qualification may also be considered.
More than 3 years of experience working as paralegal, legal executive, legal secretary or junior lawyer in a sizable law firm or legal department of a financial institution.
Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Relevant experience in drafting and preparation of legal documentations is preferred.
Well organised, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively and independently.
