Application Development Manager

Your new role

Perform system analysis, design and development for API-led and Microservices architecture applications
Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue
Responsible for SDLC related tasks including requirements analysis, system design, prepare development plan, prepare project specifications, system development, implementation and deployment of applications and software products

To succeed in this role

Degree holder in IT or related fields
At least 7 years of post-qualification IT experience on application development
Knowledge and experience in modern application architecture is a must
Development experience in financial systems and/or working experience in financial institutions is preferable
Self-motivated, open mindsets, good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong "can-do" attitude
Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Immediately available is highly preferred
