Job content


  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support
  • Handle company vehicles matters including arrangement for vehicle repairs, vehicle insurance maintenance, HK and PRC vehicle license renewal for and so on
  • Maintain office environment and all office related equipment & facilities are functioning well
  • Liaison with office suppliers, management office, maintenance vendors to ensure daily administration works go well and properly
  • Handle staff expenses reimbursement, petty cash and preparing payment requests
  • Responsible and maintain employee database, staff records, leave and attendance administration and time card calculation
  • Timely update of staff seating arrangement, staff phone list and access card list etc.
  • Coordinate company events, activities and meetings
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required


  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1-year solid experience in secretarial/ administrative works
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of people
  • Good priority setting and time management skills
  • Attention to detail, well-organized and independent
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate available is preferred
