工作時間：5天工作，輪休。中早輪更，每更9小時
工作職責：
- 負責監察會所日常事務及運作
- 管理前線員工，提供優質客戶服務
- 確保會所設施正常運作
- 策劃和舉辦會所活動及場地佈置
- 處理日常行政工作
工作要求：
- 持有酒店/款待管理文憑或相關學歷
- 具備至少4年會所或酒店行業工作經驗
- 注重團隊合作精神，具領導才能
- 積極主動，服務至上，良好人際及溝通技巧
- 良好粵語和英語讀寫能力
- 熟識電腦文書處理及Microsoft軟件，懂中英文打字
- 願意輪班工作，並在周末及公眾假期當值

薪酬：32000
Working time: 5.5 days work, 9 hours per shift
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the entire operation of clubhouse
- To ensure a well-trained team and provide quality services
- To build and maintain customer satisfaction
- To manage clubhouse facilities in good order
- To plan and organize clubhouse events and recreation activities
- To prepare daily and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in hotel or clubhouse or hospitality industry or equivalent
- A good team player with proven leadership skills
- Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Accept shift duty and work on public holidays
