Job content


  • To handle enquiries and complaints from shoppers/ tourists in a professional manner
  • To perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Shift duty on Sundays and public holidays is required


  • Form 5/ HKDSE/ Diploma holder
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Basic knowledge in general computer operation

Work Location: Tsuen Wan
