We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:
Obtain quotations from Suppliers & Sub-Contractors
Request information from consultants for tender preparation
Study tender documents including tender specification and drawings
Prepare tender analysis, tender submission & subletting works
Prepare reply to tender queries
General and Technical assistance to Tendering and Subletting Department
Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
Degree / Diploma /
Certificate in Surveying or Building Studies
1-3 years of relevant
working experience in Tendering or Subletting
Familiar with MS Excel and typing in Chinese and English
Proficient in Chinese & English
Hard working, able to work independently and overtime
