YOUR MISSION:

  • Administration of processes, tools and the systems facing vendors. Ensure data accuracy and maintenance in core systems
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable to coordinate with vendors to gather/update vendor information on the systems as required
  • Coordinate the process of new customer onboarding and data update maintenance
  • Ensure completion and proper documentation of Legal agreements
  • Support in supplier scorecard dashboard
  • Work cross functionally to gather information, summarize key results and present it to management
  • Support in ad hoc operational tasks (e.g., claims handling) and management reporting

YOUR TALENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sourcing / operations
  • Industry exposure of sporting goods and fashion is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and use data to make decisions and influence outcomes
  • Open minded, detailed minded, flexible and quick learner
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Central Operations
