YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is the e-commerce leader in online luxury and fashion,. Operations are now seeking a talented department head to join the Inventory team base in Tsing Yi Warehouse.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Measure the inventory performance against outlined KPIs
  • Assist in the modification and development of the company’s inventory management system
  • Plan, manage and deliver stock-taking activities including PI, stock adjustments and cycle counting
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement where appropriate new Inventory Management methodologies
  • Manage the stock conditioning program ensuring that value added services including cleaning, repair and refurbishment of items is undertaken in a considerate, timely and cost-effective manner
  • Source and purchase relevant packaging materials
  • Plan, organize and maintain suitable systems to monitor and purchase packaging materials necessary to fulfil orders as per forecasts
The type of person we are looking for:
  • Proven commercial experience of leading teams in a warehouse/logistics/retail environment ( clothing/manufacture industry preferred but not necessary)
  • Significant experience of motivating teams to achieve deadlines in a target-driven environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience of performance management, coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (both Chinese and English)
  • High computer literacy
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday 930am-630pm
Location
  • Tsing Yi (10 mins shuttle bus away from Tsing Yi station)
