Job Posting Details

The appointee is required to:

(i) coordinate the document archive and document management system of The Court, Council and Senate Secretariat (CCSS) in a systematic manner;

(ii) design, maintain and enhance various IT systems/ databases/ platforms of the CCSS;

(iii) arrange for the induction and professional development programs for Council Members;

(iii) assist in major events of the CCSS/University;

(iv) provide IT support including website management, electronic documents sharing, video conferencing; and

(v) perform any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of work experience; a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and under pressure within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should be a good team player with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), and good knowledge in IT and software applications (including Excel and PowerPoint). (Duration: 1 year)
