Working Location: Fanling

Responsibilities

Responsible for project implementation and overall P&L, providing regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and the management team

Monitor logistics process, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to achieve KPIs of the warehouse.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation

Solid working experience in the 3PL industry and subcontractor management

Demonstrate strong leadership with self-motivated, problem-solving abilities and a “hands-on” mentality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

Minimum three years experience in warehouse operations and two years experience in the supervisory level; experience in FMCG, food and beverage industry is an advantage.

Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese

Able to make sound judgments and decisions be able to work under pressure and handle tricky/complicated issues with flexibility

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
