We provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to institutional and individual customers.

Responsibilities:
Plan & organize overseas conventions and events to oversee proposals, program design, destination study and suggestion, budget control and all logistics involved;

Keep review the existing workflow of events organization and to make recommendation to improve its effectiveness;

Review and propose for the rules mechanism of sales incentives or campaigns to align with Company business direction and to boost production targets;

Monitor the production trends of sales incentives in order to push and motivate consultants to achieve the production targets;

Participate in other workforce projects as assigned by supervisor;

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Requirements:
University graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in Event Management, sales and Marketing;

Strong language ability in English and Chinese;

Good communication, organization and presentation skills;

Proficient knowledge in conventions or events organization and marketing;

Knowledge of MS Office & Database;

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
