Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the P&L of both B2B and B2C business
  • Achieve business plan objectives in line with the company’s growth objectives
  • Develop business plan for the company’s B2B and B2C business
  • Drive effective marketing programs to achieve market share, brand awareness, engagement and conversion objectives
  • Establish, flawlessly implement and monitoring of marketing and promotion action plans in line with business plan
  • Work closely with on-line digital marketing team to ensure marketing synergy
  • Conduct market studies, periodic competitive pricing & activities reporting and data analysis
  • Define pricing strategies and execution
  • Effectively deploy, control and marketing fund budget
  • Drive new business, new product development from planning to execution
  • Liaise and interact with brand principals in driving the business plans for agency business
  • Sales forecast and manage stock inventories at optimum level

Requirements:

  • University graduate in business administration / Marketing or related discipline
  • With at least 3-4 years’ experience in B2C marketing capacity
  • Proficient in marketing planning & coordination, timeline management, capability of preparation, and timely execution
  • Highly self-discipline, strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work effectively across departments
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
