Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibilities to oversee and monitor the management of assigned residential / commercial portfolio;
  • Lead the building management team and deliver first class services to owners / occupants;
  • Attend the Incorporated Owners / Owners’ Committee meetings during non-office hours to build and maintain positive relationship with owner;
  • Assist the senior management to develop the internal guideline and procedures in accordance to the company needs and ensure clients’ satisfaction are achieved;
  • Keeps track of the income and expenses of properties in order to accomplish financial goals;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years’ solid experience with at least 1 years at managerial level, experience in managing properties with the Incorporated Owners is an advantage;
  • Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines is preferred;
  • Member of HKIH, CIH or equivalent is preferred;
  • Familiar with the BMO and DMC;
  • Strong customer service minded with good leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;
  • Fluent in English and Chinese;
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Property Officer.
