Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitors analysis on the Hong Kong property market and prepare sales pricing setting and budget reports (eg. excel)
  • Assist in monitoring the progress and overall results of the sales campaign
  • Responsible for the preparation of sales and legal documents including sales arrangements, price lists, tender documents, register of transactions etc. which are in compliance with related legislations and regulations
  • Make sure everything is compliance with First-Hand Sales Ordinance
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal and external parties including project management team, legal team, property agents, solicitors and bankers to facilitate the sales & marketing strategies
  • Handle daily sales operation, frontline sales services and sales administrative

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in leading property developer
  • Sound knowledge in local property market and Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Good analytical skills, good market sense within HK Residential Properties industry
  • A good team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Less experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Officer
