Job Description

Located at the heart of the Financial Center, the Headquarter of Eddid Financial is in Hong Kong that has been developed as a renowned Financial Services Group since 2015. The businesses of the Group cover the active financial trading areas, such as SE Asia, Europe and North America.

Our subsidiaries are holding different trading licenses both in HK and US, including but not limited to SFC licenses, #1,2,3,4,5,6 & 9. Also, we are possessing the memberships of SEC,NFA, HK Creditor, Securities & Futures Broker, and Insurance Brokerage.

With a view to catching up with our rapid expansion, we are sincerely hiring talents to join our Group.

Key elements of the job:
Supporting the investment banking team in day-to-day work regarding pitching and transaction execution.

Key task including:
Handle day to day IBD operations

Follow up closely on projects

Process IBD and internal relevant documentations

Handle ad hoc tasks from time to time

Experience in corporate finance projects in relation to financial institutions and/or the banking and financial sector

The ideal candidate:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics academic background

Preferable Professional qualification of CPA or CFA

Holder of SFC licenses is optional

Good command of documentation

Proficiency in English ,Mandarin and/ or Cantonese - writing and conversation

Sensitive to numbers

Good Team player
