Responsibilities

Develop and articulate the all-round Propositions Strategy, incorporating inputs from subject matter experts across the teams, and through coordinating the Proposition innovation process.
Consolidate all information and provide analytics to build business cases and proposals for key functional initiatives. Prepare the periodic business review reports.
Encourage the stakeholders to use data-driven insights to enhance the existing propositions
Come up with solutions and make alignment on key Proposition strategic business projects
Lead to monitor implementation progress of strategic initiatives Build and track the measurements of different KPIs and manage the governance framework within the function

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder
10 years of relevant experience, with exposure gained in-house and in consulting
Excellent command of English
