The KPMG China Managed Services DevOps Team is based in KPMG Digital Ignition Center (KDi) which currently has three major locations: Naming, Shenzhen and Dalian. KDi consists of over 400 DevOps resources specialized in a variety of skillsets including Application Development, Cloud Operations, Data & Analytics amongst others.

Responsibilities
  • To support the call center of KPMG Managed Services business
  • To assist Team Lead who is responsible for the maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure and application environment
  • Coordinate with multiple parties for services support and improvement
  • Participate in major incident support and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) / Disaster recovery
  • Liaise with vendor for system upgrade / higher tier vendor support

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Avaya voice support
  • Support Knowledge of voice and data network
  • Strong customer service and result-oriented
  • Self-motivated, and capable to work in flexible hours
  • Be a continuous-learner, and have a passion for the potential for technology to transform the way people live and work because Cloud and related technologies are always evolving rapidly
  • Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player
  • Consistently displays a positive approach to the fast-moving working environment
  • Good written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
