Job Description
  • Coordinating and challenging the strategic planning, ensure it is aligned with company vision, objective, and requirements
  • Managing the financial planning (3YP, budget, forecast) of the five sourcing business units throughout Asia and making sure it respects group guidelines. Financial planning format includes P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, currency needs, CAPEX and project ROI.
  • Managing monthly financial reporting and explaining major variances with LY, budget and forecast.
  • Work closely with regional accounting team and HQ performance team.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial controls and take prominent role in recommend enhancement and best practice.
  • Managing various KPI to support operational teams and allow an easy tracking of their targets.
  • Managing reports/analysis related to support a best-in-class sourcing team in Asia and be aligned with the company vision and 5 years plan.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Retail department in monitoring business and operation performance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial position.
  • MNC and/or Garment Buying Office experience would be an assets.
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting, business control and financial reporting.
  • Well organized & prioritizing
  • Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English and French
