MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive profitable growth through eCommerce channels and sales platform to achieve sales targetsassist the Sector Head in managing account P&L through forecasting and budget development to drive sales and profitable sales revenue
  • Trouble shoot customer, product, and Operation issues. Lead teammates on how to respond and address issues. Communicate and troubleshoot any issues and make constructive solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and issues. Funnel information to the team to assist with new business development
  • Evaluate future platform opportunities. Apply learnings from real-time eCommerce, digital and consumer trends as well as emerging digital tools
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with Supporting Functions to gain alignment in achieving overall business goals. Escalate issues and push for resolution
  • Develop and implement short and long term vision and strategic business plans to drive company growth objectives

IDEAL PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Degree holder in relevant academic background, preferably logistics or supply chain management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the supply chain industry of which 3 years gained from eCommerce areas
  • Solid business development experience with outstanding sales record
  • Knowledge on eCommerce Operation flow
  • Commercial awareness (proposal, design and costing)
  • Large-scale project management and implementation experience in eCommerce business
  • Strategic thinker and visionary with strong delivery track record
  • Proven ability to influence, energize and gain alignment with internal stakeholders at senior level from cross functions
  • Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
