Job content

The Job:

  • Answer and respond to calls and emails of Service Request.
  • Proactively to keep view of Incoming Service Request.
  • Follow up the Service Request and route calls to appropriate parties according to available guideline.
  • Timely creation of Problem Report and reply the user on Problem Report status.
  • Research required information using available resources Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up with System Analyst on the Problem Report progress till resolved.
  • Complete call logs

The Person:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Possess basic operation knowledge in Windows and basic PC Skills
  • Knowledge of Unix / Network is preferred
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
