Our Change Manager is responsible for :
  • Lead the execution of projects to the highest quality, meeting timeline, budget and client expectations
  • Develop comprehensive ways of leading the change management effort through all stages of the project lifecycle to identifying, investigating and resolving relevant project risks
  • Manage and assess change impact of any potential scope changes
  • Responsible for the management of resources, client and stakeholder liaison and the analysis of business, commercial, operational, procedural and financial impacts
  • Monitor and challenge control operators on areas of deficiencies or non-adherence
  • Contribute and share knowledge and experience to support the development of other team members

Key skills and or traits include:
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in change management within a project environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in Financial Services, IT or Consulting industry
  • Experience in large-scale change portfolio management, program & project management, business consulting and process re-engineering
  • Experience in interacting with executive & senior management and all levels across the business
  • Solid problem solving skills; and the ability to analyse complex data, investigate and identify core issues and root causes, and evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions / solutions
  • Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin) is essential
