  • Lead the pricing team, which includes savings, CI, medical, HNW and alternative distribution products, to offer attractive solutions to our customers w/o compromising risk management
  • Support distribution growth and business strategy
  • Define the next generation of insurance model with data science and leverage underwriting strategy and tools which will contribute to improve Distribution & Customers experience in Life & Health retail solutions under efficiency & risks constraints
  • Develop new territories in risks coverage & pricing which will support market competitiveness and expected APE & UE growth

    • Requirements:

    • Strong in Design and Price Life & Health product
    • Solid experience in business development and Group Protection Strategy
    • Able to provide innovative offer & pricing
    • Actuarial Certification is a must
    • Strong people management/ team leading experience
    • Good command of business English and Chinese
