Responsibilities

Assist the company in taking care of various clerical functions include but not limited to duty scheduling, data entry, invoicing, contract renewing
Liaise and coordinate with customers for service arrangement
Perform filing, record keeping and updating files
Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:
HKDSE / HKCEE or above
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC knowledge and proficiency in Chinese word processing
Fair English & Mandarin
Self-motivated and able to work independently, can work under pressure and has strong sense of responsibility
Immediate available is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
