About Our Client

Our client is a HK Listed Company and global market leader in their industry. With over 40 years of experience in the field, our client is now seeking a Compensation Analysis and Payroll Manager to cope with their expansion of business.

Job Description
  • Perform in-depth P&L analysis in monthly basis
  • Manage and supervise subordinates
  • Prepare and manage (in real time) the salary budget for 1000+ staff
  • Reconcile the actual each month with the projected costs
  • Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Work closely with other teams and department
  • Prepare financial reports in weekly basis
  • Prepare regular management reports
  • Present financial modelling and evaluations for existing headcounts and labour cost
  • Analyse the effectiveness of incentive programs
  • Assist in any ad hoc financial analysis to support operations and management decisions
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance/Accounting or related discipline
  • 8 year’s experience in analysing multi market financial data - from either a P&L or compensation perspective
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus
  • Advanced level in MS applications
  • Strong analytically sense and approach a must.
  • Good team player and facilitator with pleasurable personality
