  • Provide L1- 3 technical and operations support and maintain clear and comprehensive step-by-step operational guidance to assist customers in effectively resolving their queries.
  • Help desk servicing, handlingcustomer enquiry and complaints via telephone/live chat/email in a professional manner
  • Providing basic training to end users on MRS/payment terminal
  • To build long-term relationships with customers
  • Collaborate closely with different teams by promptly escalating unresolved issues through the creation and assignment of tickets
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to organise product deployment
  • Assist with the merchant support team with any onboarding process
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Need to work on shift (Sat, Sun or Public Holidays)


  • High Diploma or above
  • Experience in Helpdesk / Customer Services will be an advantage, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking
  • Customer-oriented mindset, and good telephone manner
  • Eager to learn and outgoing personality
  • Ability to multitask, structured and self-organized
  • Task-oriented, sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Shift duty will be required
