Job duties:

  • To handle escalated complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • To conduct thorough investigation and identify the root cause
  • To resolve complaints satisfactorily and properly in accordance with the company standards
  • To collect and process customer feedback to drive continuous improvement on services or products
  • To suggest measures for possible service or product enhancement
  • To assist in other ad-hoc assignments and projects


  • HKDSE/ Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years’ customer service experience in complaints handling (Beauty industry is preferable)
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Patient, detail-minded, mature, independent and responsible
  • Good written and verbal communications skills for both English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered
