Job content

  • Being responsible for handling Air Export Customer booking acceptance, reports and client-system update efficiently and accurately;
  • Keep close contact and coordinate with international clients and local/overseas colleagues via both emails and phone calls with a professional customer service manner;
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements

  • 3 year of relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation in freight forwarding industry with proven record problem-solving;
  • Diploma holder or above will be definitely an advantage;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Responsible and self-motivated personalities with excellent communication skills;
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word-Processing;
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome;
  • Immediately available is preferable;
  • Candidates with more experiences willl be considered for Senior Officer/Supervisor position;
  • Working Location: Yuen Long & Tsuen Wan
