Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages
  • Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Performing club tour and membership sign up
  • Handling inquiries and customer complaints and escalating all complaints to the reporting manager if necessary
  • Assisting in the collection of outstanding accounts
  • Deliver professional and high-quality customer services to maintain strong relationships with members
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales & marketing campaigns including onsite marketing, social media (FB, Instagram, etc.)
  • Manage daily operations including general upkeep of the club (equipment and cleanliness)
  • Responsible for administration duties and other ad hoc duties assigned by the director
  • Work from 12 - 9 pm per day (with 1 hour lunch), 5.5/6 days a week

Job Requirements:

  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Customer-oriented, highly energetic & self-motivated, independent with positive attitude and a great sense of humor to make members feel welcome and at-ease
  • Well-organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer knowledge, proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Willing to take responsibilities on club operations and facilities management proactively
  • AED and/or CPR / First Aid Certificate is preferred
  • Welcome Fresh Graduate
