Responsibilities:
  • Perform customer services and handle general enquiries by phone, email, fax, and/or in person
  • Assist in daily operation of Box office, including handling of ticket sales and preparation of daily report for submission to URBTIX, etc.
  • Prepare general signage and event signage for performance venues and multi-purpose areas, etc.
  • Assist in handling of booking inquires and applications for venues and guided tours, etc.
  • Assist in liaison with customers (e.g. hirers and public, etc.), and checking for venue & events settings.
  • Carry out administrative works, including data collection & input, preparation of booking summary/ procurement documents/ facilities & maintenance records/ general reports/ operation logs, etc.
  • Perform and complete any other duties or complete ad hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
  • Certificate or above in event / venue management, business management or related discipline
  • Highly organized customer service professional with analytical mind, good interpersonal & communication and leadership skills
  • Require to work on shift according to the duty roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work for 1 to 2 days per week
  • Responsible and punctual
