Job content


  • Work with marketing team on annual and monthly digital communication planning that meets the marketing objectives
  • To plan and execute the marketing and communications strategies across all digital channels including website, social media and other digital touchpoints for all regions
  • Define KPIs and measurement metrics for digital agencies, Manage agencies to ensure projects deliver on time with quality and closely monitor the results, and prepare regular report for learning and optimization
  • Plan and manage central digital contents for regional owned social media platforms use – including guidance on developing content calendar, drafting social media feeds, working with agencies on central content creation
  • Optimise SEO content for website ranking and keyword arrangement
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure digital campaign is well deliver with the same brand tone with brand.
  • Keep up with the latest digital trends and solutions, maintain and enhance the digital platforms up to the trend and fitting different stakeholder needs
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


  • Degree holder with over 5 years of related experience in digital project management. Exposure in beauty or medical services sector will be an advantage.
  • Detail oriented, strong project management, problem solving and analytical skill with great sense of work prioritization
  • Strategic and logical thinker with good marketing sense
  • Well understand and interested in HK and CN social media platforms, especially in Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, XiaoHungShu, Tiktok and Weibo marketing activities and development
  • Hands-on experience in using Google analytics, SEM and social media boosting skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, organized and a committed team player
  • Good command of both written and oral presentation in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
