Responsibilities
  • Act as technical SME of end-user IT systems & applications in IT Operations Team such as Email & IM, MDM, VDI, Conferencing, remote access, DLP, etc
  • Serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot more in-depth technical issues from Helpdesk Team and work with internal teams for complex issues
  • Work with vendor support contact to resolve technical issue on end-user IT systems issues
  • Work with internal teams on projects & initiatives to enhance end user IT experience
  • Provide input for internal knowledge base to enhance troubleshooting process

Requirements
  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk operations in a fast-paced MNC environment
  • Hands-on experience in administration and configuration of end user systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft AD, Slack, Jira Service Management, Mobile device management, video conferencing, remote access, DLP etc
  • A good team player, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Keen on learning, detail-minded and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in process automation & scripting is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience with also be considered for junior role
