Job Summary

The Inspectorio Revenue & Customer Success Team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Inspectorio’s network platform, mobile apps, and software infrastructure. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes using technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner to the largest/enterprise and most important customers of Inspectorio to understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will advocate the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and ensure they are meeting their business priorities and outcomes with the Inspectorio platform.

Responsibilities
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with customers. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
  • Negotiate and manage entire cycles, presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with leaders, and Product.
  • Understand each customer’s Quality and Sustainability goals, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead system configuration through business analysis and process mapping by relying on deep Product expertise.
  • Manage system integration data mapping and resolve escalations by facilitating projects with high-level IT stakeholders.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire impact journey that Inspectorio can offer.
  • Stay up to date on all Product and major Industry developments
  • Successfully prescribe an impactful solution and be able to convince customers of the impact
  • Maintain clear and updated documentation on all information gathered to ensure the rest of the team is enabled to operate efficiently
  • Help the rest of the team continuously improve the revenue growth process and strategy

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in software sales and strategic account management at an enterprise B2B software company.
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in establishing and growing senior-level relationships (Directors, VP, SVP, etc.)
  • Comfortable to own and manage monthly & quarterly objectives and quotas
  • Experience using Sales/Customer Success tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Totango, Salesforce, etc.
  • Understanding of global sourcing and/ or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated success with large complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Track record in working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
