Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Programme Manager)in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 512324) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ work experience, preferably in digital marketing and communication sector; an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; the ability to work independently with initiative; an outgoing personality; good organisational and communication skills.

The appointee will support the marketing team in developing and executing creative and innovative marketing and communication plans and strategies for promotion of the University for undergraduate admissions locally and globally (including Mainland China). He/She will be responsible in content creation for print and digital marketing collaterals, as well as to actively manage and maintain an impactful website and social media channels. He/She should have good understanding on the use of analytical data for marketing development.

The appointee will liaise with other departments of the University and external organisations, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Section Head. He/She may be required to work outside office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. Those with experience in the business sector in strategic marketing and communication development are preferred.
