Key Responsibilities
-Provides general administrative support
-Performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned
-Performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages.
-Deal with confidential material on a regular basis
-Physical work such as loading and unloading packages in warehouse

-2 years relevant working experience is preferred
-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Gateway Assistant
-F.5 or above
-Fluent in English and knowledge of basic computer skills are preferred
-Willing to learn and passion in logistics industry
-Willing to perform physical work and shift duties if required
-Immediate availability is preferred
-Fresh graduates are also welcomed

Working Location: Chek Lap Kok

Working Hours:
-10:30 - 20:30, 10 hours shift (9hours work + 1 hour break time)
-45 working hours within Monday to Sunday
-May require overnight shift if needed
