Overview A well-known retail & corporate bank is looking for a Head of HR Compliance to lead a team of 2 to 3.


  • Act as a contact point to liaise with different functions to ensure adequate risk control and compliance measures are in place for the daily HR operations.
  • Work closely with other HR functions to create a positive and equal working environment.
  • Handle internal compliances that comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond in a timely manner to reporting or documentation requests related to HR compliance.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports to the Executive Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Board, and any other reporting as required


  • Degree Holder, preferably in Human Resources, Compliance, and Law
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably within the banking industry
  • Sound knowledge of banking ordinances in relation to HR including CG1, CG2, CG5 and CG6
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
