We are now inviting positive thinking people to join us with the aid of our expansion at Ocean Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for appointments, patient enquiries and registration

· Process triage systems by allocating patients to appropriate treatment according to their medical conditions

· Assist in examination procedures, such as blood pressure, weight measurement, etc.

· Provide assistance in general administrative activities

Requirements:

· F.5/HKDSEE or above academic qualification

· Preferably with 1-2 years or above of clinical or customer srvice experience

· Customer-centric in driving total customer satisfaction

· Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner

· Fluent in Cantonese and Proficiency in PC knowledge
