Role Purpose:
The position holder has primary responsibility to manage a team of health advisors and specialists to achieve store sales target of health category and provide excellent services to our customers.

Your Job Role:
  • Manage operational day-to-day practices to ensure continuous improvement of staff productivity efficiency, resources, and performance management of the robust Health services team
  • Act as communicator with different internal working partners including store managers, trading and marketing department in order to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Ensure members of the health services team delivers valuable and excellent shopping experience to our customers through professional knowledge and high-quality customer services
  • Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed health service team that maximize sales and achieve the Company target.

What we look for:
  • Solid Sales / Store Management experience in retail chain and able to manage a cluster of stores or counters with a robust team to achieve the sales target
  • Practical knowledge or relevant working experience in dealing with health-related products is an advantage
  • Demonstrate leadership, motivation, team building, conflict resolution and change management skills.
  • Strong commercial sense and able to meet tight deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills
