HR &Administration Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize day-to-day office operations; supervise a team of staff to participate in the implementation of the office policy
  • Analyze and maximize office productivity
  • Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office consumables, office renovation and etc.
  • Provide HR duties including monthly payroll, MPF and other C&B related matters for Hong Kong, staff hiring, filing the proper record with the IRD
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Support Management with scheduling, expense reports, basic Personal Assistance to the Director
  • Handle ad-hoc project as required

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, financial reports and correspondence
  • Deal with payables and receivables in a timely manner
  • Negotiate reasonable discounts on supplier invoices
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account and issue financial statements
  • Maintain the petty cash fund, record receipts and make bank deposits
  • Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit

Requirements:

  • University Degree in relevant disciplines
  • 3 – 4 years solid experience of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong and accounting
  • Possess a passion for people with a proactive working attitude
  • Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written Chinese Proficient PC skills
  • Preferably Available immediately (or short notice period)
