  • Assisting managers in implementing talent review and performance management processes
  • Collaborate with other HR members of the global mobility, benefits, and compensation teams
  • Maintain accurate and current employee records and assist in the effective management of them
  • Provide support to APAC HR operations including verification of employment letters, on-boarding and off-boarding, managing invoices, and managing employment visas
  • Participate in training and development initiatives, including coordinating/executing training programs and new hire on-boarding programs as required
  • Provide support and guidance to general employees and managers
  • Report and analyze HR data on an ad-hoc basis
The Successful Applicant
  • Developing a clear sense of priorities, multi-tasking, and advancing multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines
  • A good command of English, both verbally and in writing, proficiency in Mandarin and written Chinese would be an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities
  • Dedicated, proactive, flexible, and a team player who is capable of collaborating effectively with diverse individuals
  • There is a need for flexibility with respect to working hours
  • Administrative support experience, preferably in the financial services sector, in human resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capacity to learn new technology
