Responsibilities:
Perform & responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, staff retention, performance management;
Participate in the talent requisition process including but not limited ot arranging job posting through various recruitment platforms, selection & interview, employment contrcts, on boarding and off-boarding formalities;
Explore and manage all sourcing channels to build a strong candidte pipeline;
Stay abreast on industry trends, market intelligence in talent requisition and assist in developmnet of innovative recruitment strategies;
Assist in formulating and implementing HR polices & procedures;
Responsible for general office administration duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies;
Organize company events and staff social activities &
Provide support or back up other HR & Administration function & ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
5 years relevant working experience in frontline worker HR issue would be advantage
Experience in construction / engineering industry preferred
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
Sociable, dynamic, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player.
Fresh Graduate is welcome.
Immediate available is highly preferred.

Working Hours:
Mon – Fri : 8:30am – 5:30pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm
Alternate Sat : 8:30am – 1:00pm or Rest
