Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support to handle the operation of compensation & benefits function and general office administration
  • Assist in handling daily operation including but not limited to monthly payroll, medical, attendance & leave administration and filing
  • Assist in handling HCMS system and data archive implementation
  • Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances
  • Well-organized and able to handle multi tasks simultaneously
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
